Our ultimate objective is to make sure that you get the jewelry you wished for. To make your designs come true, we offer you our customization policy. To make you truly happy with your piece, we give you the opportunity to make changes to the design of the jewel piece you choose.
There are various alterations that are included in our service. Such as,
- We excel in heirloom redesigning. We ensure that your emotions are further delighted by re-designing your traditional jewelry with contemporary designing. For this, we provide for an appointment with designer, take complete details from you, and provide you with the sketch of the new design and ensure that your piece has only added charm to the heirloom grace.
- Similarly, the customer can ask for major customizations to our existing pieces as well. For such transformations the customer can pick on “customized edit” pieces on our website- the pieces that are available on websites with “price on request tag”. Once chosen, the customer can be offered an appointment with the designer to discuss the design and the process of customizations can be taken forth from then on.
Please note, the “price on request” piece not a different category. It is just made to order pieces which the client can ask for.
- Also, if the customer likes the stringing of one particular jewel piece with another jewel piece such as a pendant, and wish to make a completely new piece, then we can customize and create such a piece.
- Minor changes such as adding more elements to a jewel piece can also be done. For instance, if the customer likes the top view design of a ring yet wants to add more stones or any such element, then we can re-create the jewel piece with a new sketch. Once the customer has an idea of the jewel with the customization, we can confirm the new order.
- Above all, minor changes such as changing the ring finger size, re-furbishing the edges as more oval/ rounded and so on, can also be done. However, significant changes would require higher charges and the same will be communicated before customization is made.
The customization order will be executed once the payment is made. This is non-refundable.
Delivery will be made 14 days from the date of payment received. In case of any changes, the customer will be informed immediately.
The customizations will be subject to availability of materials.
These charges will cover only the customizations which the designer had agreed on. Once the customization is done, and the customer requests for further specifications, then those changes may incur additional charges.
Please understand that there is no exchange, cancel or return policy on customized jewelry.
