Exchange Policy

Before raising a return for Tanvi Garg  jewelry, we request you take a moment to comprehend about the intricacies of handmade products. All our products are exclusively handcrafted by highly specialized artisans and each piece is slightly different from another, yet unique in itself.

Let’s not consider a slight difference in gemstone colour or an irregular surface as a defect. Handloom by its basic nature is not immaculate. It is gloriously uncertain in sphere of uniformity.

Nevertheless, what makes them exquisite at Tanvi Garg is their immaculate quality and genuineness.  Given the perfection of their quality check, we will still replace your product free of cost, in case of any manufacturing defect. There is no return of any jewel piece once purchased. Yet we will manufacture a new piece on customer request. For this, please send us an email within 7 days of delivery with the pictures and description of the manufacturing defect.

Again, a replacement is only possible if the query is raised within 7 days of date of delivery via email with the manufacturing defect details. Please keep all the tags and bill intact for a successful replacement procedure.

Once we receive such an e-mail, our customer care executive will get in touch with you via phone/ email and we will initiate a reverse pick up.

Please ensure the following for a smooth process of exchange of manufacturing defective product,

  • The returned merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, tags are intact and is in a salable condition.
  • You have maintained the original packaging with tags.
  • You have ensured the secure and safe packaging of the item, as it was received, to avoid any damage during transit.


The reverse pick up of the manufacturing defective item will be done within 7 business days from the date of request.

Once the item is received, your request for exchange will immediately be processed. Your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-15 business days from the date that we received your earlier shipment. This difference of days will depend upon whether we are replacing it for you from our existing stock or we are manufacturing a new piece for you from the scratch.

Please note, that some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up. In such cases, we will require the customer to send it back to us.
